Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to or using any services provided by AquityIQ Research.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by AquityIQ Research ("Company", "we", "us"), a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Reg. No. INH000XXXXXX), operated by Deshna Jain, Proprietor, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Nature of Services

  • AquityIQ Research provides stock market research recommendations on equity and equity-related instruments.
  • Our services are limited to research and do not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, or fund management.
  • We do not execute trades, manage Demat accounts, or handle client funds.

2. Subscription

  • Services are provided on a subscription basis for the plan and duration selected by the client.
  • Subscriptions are activated only after receipt of full payment in the official company account.
  • The subscription is non-transferable and is for the sole use of the subscribing individual.
  • GST or other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

3. No Guaranteed Returns

  • AquityIQ Research does not guarantee profits, assured returns, or any specific investment outcomes.
  • All recommendations are for informational purposes only and are subject to market risks.
  • Past performance of recommendations is not indicative of future results.

4. Client Obligations

  • Clients must follow only the official recommendations received via SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram from AquityIQ Research.
  • Clients must strictly follow the entry and exit levels provided in each recommendation.
  • The Company will not be responsible for losses arising from recommendations from other sources or from failure to follow provided instructions.
  • Clients must not share their Demat account details with any employee or representative of the Company.
  • Clients must make payments only to the official company bank account.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All research reports, recommendations, and content published by AquityIQ Research are proprietary and may not be copied, redistributed, or shared without written consent.
  • Clients may not resell, repackage, or commercially exploit any research content received from the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • AquityIQ Research shall not be liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or financial damages arising from the use of our research recommendations.
  • Our maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the subscription fee paid for the current billing period.

7. Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate a subscription without notice in case of misuse, sharing of credentials, or violation of these Terms.
  • Clients may cancel their subscription and request a refund as per the Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

9. Amendments

AquityIQ Research reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
