What kind of recommendations do you provide?

We provide Stock Cash, Options, Futures, Positional (BTST/STBT), and Combo services. Each recommendation includes a defined entry price, 1st and 2nd targets, and a strict stop-loss level.

How will I receive your calls and recommendations?

All recommendations and updates are shared via SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram for instant access. We ensure timely delivery so you never miss a trade opportunity.

Do you guarantee profits or assured returns?

No. As a SEBI Registered Research Analyst, we are strictly prohibited from guaranteeing profits or assured returns. Investments are subject to market risks. We provide research — not guarantees.

Can you trade on my behalf or manage my portfolio?

No. We are a Research Analyst, not a Portfolio Management Service (PMS). We do not handle client funds, execute trades on your behalf, or manage your Demat account.

Can I get both intraday and positional recommendations?

Yes. We provide both intraday and positional strategies depending on market conditions. Our Combo plans cover both effectively.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a refund on the unutilized subscription period post statutory charges, if you are unsatisfied with our services. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I raise a complaint or grievance?

Contact us directly at contact@aquityiq.com. For unresolved issues, you may escalate to SEBI SCORES platform at scores.sebi.gov.in. We are committed to resolving all grievances promptly.

Is AquityIQ Research a legitimate SEBI registered entity?

Yes. AquityIQ Research is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst under Registration No. INH000XXXXXX, regulated under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. You may verify this on the official SEBI website.

How do I subscribe to a plan?

Visit our Pricing page to view all plans, then contact us via the Contact page or WhatsApp to complete your subscription. Payment must be made to our official company account only.

Is GST applicable on subscription fees?

GST or other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations (if any). GST paid on subscription fees is non-refundable as it is deposited with the government.
