Refund Policy
AquityIQ Research (SEBI Reg. No. INH000XXXXXX) is committed to client satisfaction. The following policy governs subscription refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable on the unutilized portion of a subscription period, subject to statutory deductions.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the active subscription period.
- Refunds will not be processed after the subscription period has expired.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refund will be issued for trading losses, market losses, or dissatisfaction with the performance of recommendations.
- No refund will be issued if the client has violated the Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing credentials, misuse of recommendations).
- No refund for partial use of the subscription period unless a valid complaint or service failure is documented.
- GST paid on subscription fees is non-refundable as it is deposited with the government.
3. Refund Calculation
Refund amount = (Subscription fee excluding GST) × (Remaining days / Total subscription days) − Processing charges (if any).
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email your refund request to contact@aquityiq.com with subject: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Subscription Plan]".
- Include your full name, registered mobile number, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.
- Refund requests will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment source.
5. Dispute Resolution
For unresolved refund disputes, clients may escalate to SEBI SCORES at scores.sebi.gov.in or contact our Grievance Officer at contact@aquityiq.com.
