As per SEBI circular dated December 30, 2021, the following Investor Charter is published for clients and prospective clients of AquityIQ Research (SEBI Registered Research Analyst, Reg. No. INH000XXXXXX).

B. Details of Business Transacted by the Research Analyst
- Preparation and publication of research reports and recommendations on securities.
- Providing research recommendations to clients via SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
- Covering equity cash, options, futures, and positional segments of the Indian stock market.
C. Details of Services Provided to Investors
- Intraday and positional stock market research recommendations with defined entry, targets, and stop-loss.
- Regular market updates and analysis.
- Dedicated support during market hours.
D. Rights of Investors
- Right to receive research recommendations as per the subscribed plan.
- Right to fair, transparent, and unbiased research without any conflict of interest.
- Right to receive timely redressal of complaints and grievances.
- Right to escalate unresolved complaints to SEBI SCORES platform.
- Right to access all disclosures, terms, and conditions of service.
- Right to receive refund as per the published Refund Policy.
E. Responsibilities of Investors
- Read and understand all disclosures, terms, and risk factors before subscribing.
- Do not share your Demat account credentials or bank details with any employee or representative.
- Act only on recommendations received through official channels (SMS / WhatsApp / Telegram).
- Raise grievances promptly through the official grievance mechanism.
- Make payments only to the official bank account of AquityIQ Research.
F. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and resolved within 30 days.
G. Do's and Don'ts for Investors
Do's:

- Read all terms, conditions, and risk disclosures carefully.
- Keep records of all payments and communications.
- Verify that recommendations are received only through official channels.
Don'ts:
- Do not share your Demat account, bank account, or login credentials with anyone.
- Do not make payments to individuals — only to the registered company account.
- Do not expect guaranteed returns or assured profits from a research analyst.
- Do not act on unverified tips or recommendations from unofficial sources.
